Happy New Year dear readers!
I went back to my resolution last year 2011 and it’s a shame that I did not fulfill ANY of the things I have said in my blog post back then. Why? because the resolution I made before are major changes and I forgot to break it down to small goals to make it more reachable.
To be slim and healthy
1. Take a walk early in the morning from the house to the wet market to buy fresh food. I don’t need to go to the gym since walking alone can help me sweat and tone my muscles.
2. Eat more fish and vegetables.
3. Drink green tea instead of coffee since drinking coffee made me acidic.
4. Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil in frying food or take 2 tablespoon daily to convert bad cholesterol to good cholesterol
5. Avoid staying in front of the computer for long hours and move more often.
6. Avoid eating sweets and chips and even carbonated drinks.

My goal spiritually
1. Since the wet market is near in our church, I will try to visit it often and have a quiet moment early in the morning with God.
2. Unsubscribe to the negative people in the facebook so that I will not get affected every time I read their status.
3. Finished the book “God’s Purpose in Life” which was given to me 6 years ago and until now I haven’t finished reading it.
4. Be more positive and think good things.
5. Learn to breath more and relax.
My goal Financially
1. Avoid dining out often.
2. Keep a journal of everyday expenses.

3. Find ways to earn more. I want to learn how to bake to sell and have an extra income.
4. Look for online jobs that I can do while staying at home.
5. Stay away from mall sales to avoid impulsive buying.

I also want to learn how to cook well for my family. My son is getting older and he needs to eat healthier food that he can bring for merienda or lunch at school.
With this new year and new list, I hope I can fulfill it. Good luck to me!
