Racks Restaurant is one of my family’s to-go places when we are craving for falls-of-the-bone ribs. We were so happy when they put a branch here at Evia Lifestyle Center because it’s just 10 minutes away from our place.
One of the reasons, why we like Racks is that they don’t need to exaggerate the look of their products in their menu and other promotional materials. What you see is what you get!
Just like the newest addition to their menu- Smoked Spring Chicken

See, there is not much difference, right?! Unlike some products that I know where the poster / ads exaggerate the actual product leaving the customers not satisfied.
The Smoked Spring Chicken is so tender and juicy. I love combining the chicken meat with the fresh green beans. It is best dipped in Rack’s newest mayo-based sauce called the Alabama white sauce. Just like their famous ribs, this smoked spring chicken also falls of the bone.
Last Tuesday, I am so happy that we don’t have a class. My son and I were able to attend the Racks launching of the Smoked Spring Chicken at their newly renovated store at SM Megamall.
We’re so happy to attend this event together with my blogger friends and their kids.
