It was on 2010 when I have mentioned on my other blog mommylevy.com about my dream watch, Philip Stein. I said that I like it because of it’s claim of better health but unfortunately at that time I can’t afford to have one.
Because I am not comfortable without any watch on my wrist, my husband bought me a Timex watch. It has a lesser value than a Philip Stein but it also has good quality (less the health benefit).
It was just recently when I accidentally lost my husband’s gift. As I have mentioned I am not comfortable with not having to wear a watch so I was on the look out for one, until I received a good news in my email.
Hooray! I won in a blogging contest. There were at least 20 bloggers who sent their entries and and I was not expecting to win it.
Winning this watch is really one of the things I am thankful for this year 2014.
This model is called the Philip Stein Silver Ladies Signature Stainless Steel Dual Time Zone Watch. It is for sale for $950 or around Php 38,000 to Php 40,000.
Philip Stein is said to help the individual wearing it to have better sleep, less tension, improved concentration and enhanced wellbeing. It has a dual time zone dial and Natural Frequency Technology disc, which is why wearing a Philip Stein watch is a truly unique and fulfilling experience.
According to Oprah (who by the way is the one who introduced this watch to the world), Philip Stein watch may promote better sleep, a pervasive sense of calm, increased concentration, and increased energy levels. How? It produces an electromagnetic field that pulses against your wrist seven to nine times per second, mimicking the signals sent by the brain when you’re in a state of calm or high athletic performance.
and of course I couldn’t resist trying to model it with Ms. Lea Salonga as my peg hahaha
Thank you so much American Standard for choosing me.
