After the FitFil BootCamp, I told myself that I will continue my journey to become fit and fab (slowly but surely). Here is my graduation picture with my new found friends.
Everyday I see to it that I do the 4 minutes workout (if I am busy), or a 30 minutes walkathon when my body can’t do a hard core workout or a 10 minutes dance workout that I discovered just recently (click here).
I still count my calories and I try to stay away from fast foods and junk foods.
I am challenging myself to run the 21KM phase by 2014. My new found friends at the bootcamp told me that it is achievable with proper training and discipline. I originally planned to do this, this year 2013 but I failed. I hope next year I can do it na.
Of course, Run United is one of the running events that I am looking forward to. For 2014, here is their schedule:
Run United 1 (500m dash/ 5KM/ 10KM/ 21 KM)- March 16 at Mall of Asia
Run United 2 ( 500m dash/ 10KM/ 21KM/ 32KM)- June 1 at Mall of Asia
Run United Philippine Marathon (500m dash/ 10KM/ 21KM/ 42KM)- October 5 at BGC to Mall of Asia
I want to complete the medal and have my very first Finisher’s shirt 🙂
