I will be joining the MediCard Metafit Fitness Boot Camp Season 3

Last January 3, Medicard announced on their FB page that they will be having the 3rd leg of Metafit Fitness Boot Camp and this time, it will be held at Alabang.... HOORAY!!! Things I want to do more this 2014

I am grateful that we have overcome all of the trials and struggles that we have encountered last year 2013. We learned from it and I know it made us stronger somehow. This 2014, I would like to set a goal and make a system to achieve that goal. I will create a long term goal and a short term goal that is aligned with it (gets?). The Black Nazarene, known to devotees in Spanish as Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno (Tagalog: Poóng Itím na Nazareno) is a life-sized, dark wooden sculpture of Jesus Christ carrying the cross, while representing his passion and suffering and is believed to be miraculous by many Filipino Catholics.
