2014 Unilab Run United Schedule
After the FitFil BootCamp, I told myself that I will continue my journey to become fit and fab (slowly but surely). Here is my graduation picture with my new found friends. Everyday I see to it that I do the 4 minutes workout (if I am busy), or a 30 minutes walkathon when my body can't do a hard core workout or a 10 minutes dance workout that I discovered just recently (click here).
