After Yakumi, we visited Red Lantern‘s Chinese Restaurant at Solaire. The very young and handsome Chef Lo ka Cheung Sam greeted us. Strip Desserts: Strawberries and Cream and Dark Chocolate Mousse
This is a continuation of the Bloggers Dessert Experience at the Solaire. After a short visit at Red Lantern, we headed to our next destination – STRIP. Strip is a well known steakhouse. Finestra Desserts: Gelatto and Vanilla Panna Cotta
After Strip, we walked a little bit to visit this french restaurant called Finestra. The name Finestra means “window” in Italian. The executive chef is Salvatore de Vicentis. Here he is in action.
