Last Saturday, me and my son watched the Gilas Pilipinas vs. Croatia game at Skinny Mike’s Sports Bar at BGC sponsored by Alaxan.
We arrived at the venue with a huge lead of Croatia and to be honest, I am expecting that Gilas Pilipinas will lose with a 10 or more points against Croatia.
But on the 3rd round, everything changed. Gilas Pilipinas was able to tie up. The media that we are with can’t help but shout and even jumped for joy every time Gilas Pilipinas points.
But unfortunately, Gilas Pilipinas lost to Croatia by 3 points.
I commend Gilas Pilipinas for the effort and doing their best in the FIBA 2014.
