Submission of entry starts on September 1 until October 27, 2012 at 12:00NN.
Venue: Concourse Area
Participants: Category A (1-12 years old) / Category B- 13 years old and above
Time: 1:00PM- 5:00PM
PRIZES: (Total amount of Php 65,000.00)
Halloween Costume of the Year- Php 5,000.00 cash and 4 Ultimate experience tickets worth P7,000 (2 winners- Category A &B)
Halloween Costume 1st prize- Php 3,000.00 cash and 4 Marine Life Encounter ticket worth P3,400 (2 winners- Category A &B)
Halloween Costume 2nd prize- Php 2,000.00 cash and 4 Penguin Delight A ticket worth P2,800 (2 winners- Category A &B)
Special Awards – will receive Php 1,000.00 cash and attraction tickets worth P2,100 each (6 winners- Category A &B)
