CalChews: Calcium supplement that taste oh so good!

by Levy on September 22, 2012

I have just received a sample from Pascual Laboratories of this new Calcium supplement that is out in the market - CalChews.  It intrigued me because this is the first time I saw a calcium supplement in the form of a candy.  I am one of the hundreds of women out there who doesn’t want to drink milk because of it’s taste.  I only drank milk when I was pregnant and my husband can testify how much I hated it then.  Calchews is available in two yummy variants: Rich Chocolate and Creamy Caramel.

About the Product:

Calchews is the only calcium supplement in the market that comes in a delicious chewy form.  It contains calcium plus Vitamin D and K to help protect and strengthen bones and teeth, minus the risk of heart disease.

Vitamin D assists in the effective absorption of Calcium, while Vitamin K helps prevent calcium deposits in the heart, which overtime helps minimize the risk of heart disease.

What bothers me is the recommended daily intake for adults – ONE CHEW DAILY… ONLY!!!

It really tasted soooo good that I am not satisfied taking only one piece a day. I wish all vitamins and medicines taste like this. To know more about Calchews, visit their Faceboook fan page here:  https://www.facebook.com/CalChews

You can find CalChews in all Mercury Drugstores, Watsons Drugstores, and other leading drugstores and selected supermarkets nationwide. A pack of 15s costs Php 180.00 and a box of 30s costs Php360.00

I was actually looking for a chewable vitamins to sustain the nutrients that my body needs right now. At my age, I need more calcium because I feel that my bones are weak now.
